Wish i could use it! The phone and protection!

Have had a broken 600 dollar phone for months. Paying monthly for apple care all of those months. I mean i really really really want to use the phone and monthly protection (?) I've paid for!

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was only a matter of time before insurance for phones would be necessary - the only drawback/criticism I have of AppleCare+ is that it was absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to add the Theft Protection after I left the store the day of the purchase. They tell you that you can add it without issue, just so long as it's within a two week window after purchase. After multiple tries, phone calls, and chat sessions with Apple, NONE OF THE REPS UNDERSTOOD I wanted to add the Theft Protection. All they're capable of doing is telling you to go through the Settings on your iPhone and view your care plan. I don't want to just view it, I want to ADD TO IT. But alas, I've never been able to, so I'll just have to cross my fingers I don't become a theft statistic.
