This is my third plan on the last 4 phone and have been lucky not to have had to use the plans except on on occasion and it came thru well. It is a decision one decides of they are ruff with the phone.

I have never bought insurance policies before but it seemed a no brainer for this. So far I have made no claims, but if phone fails the insurance will pay for itself.

I purchased because I rec'd a gift card with purchase of phone, but now having doubts it was worth it. I guess we'll see down the road if I have trouble with the phone.

The cost of this service can make it not wanted but when giving the device to a teenager it is better to have a backup plan, accidents happen.

I havent had to use the insurance program yet but purchasing through Best Buy was easy and a reasonable cost.
