My kids are generally very gentle with their electronics however by boy was wrestling with another child and damaged his phone. We made appointment with Apple care and they fixed on the spot. What a great service!

used it more than enough to cover cost

I paid for the phone, but made the kiddo pay for the Apple Care, and for repairs under the repair policy. Coming up on the end of our 2 years, and between cracked screens and a software issue, we've been very happy to have it.
