Waste of money

Protective insurance

very poor service from Apple

Spoke with them and they said they had seen some problems with cell reception but no solution. Best Buy took the unit back and second works fine. Not sure I want to buy anything from Apple that is not purchased at Best Buy!

So no need to get this. I still use the iphone that i purchased together with this applecare which is expired already and my phone still looks brand new.

Worthless Plan

This was not explained to be until after I went to change my payment method. I would have purchased through my provider if I would have known.
