I am so happy to have the Apple Care plan. Within the first couple of weeks of purchasing my son's iPhone he accidentally dropped it and shattered the screen. The Apple care team replaced it for only $35!

Never would by anything without purchasing their protection plan for everything at Best Buy they are so good about returning exchanging and we finding anything that you have a problem with .. is broken

I think having AppleCare is far superior than paying for insurance through your carrier. It's cheaper per month and if you need to use it, your deductible isn't as much when compared to carrier prices.

well I'm glad i have some sort of protection,, haven't had to use it yet but after reading everything. I'm impressed with what it does offer and the prices seem reasonable compare to not having anything.

With the crazy price of the new iphones - this is one warranty that I thought I should get. Thankful I haven't had to use it yet. The sales associate was great at explaining the warranty. Glad I got it.

I learned from my mistakes. Buying protection for my phone is always number one. It came in handy when a friend knocked my phone out of my hand and into the pool. Very easy to call and get a replacement!

I am happy that I got apple care for my phone and that it is cheap and convenient that I didn't have to pay for it upfront but I still know that I have the protection that I need if something goes wrong

I prefer AppleCare over the one Verizon offers. The techs are all familiar with this product vs getting someone who personally is more familiar with an Android product. Also a few $ more reasonable.

If you purchase an Apple product then I strongly suggest you get Applecare+. Especially for the iPhone. The support and server is beyond great. The price for a screen replacement is very reasonable.

Something that I always purchase on all my apple phones ! You can never be to sure so its best to purchase the extra protection ! i have 5 apple phone and its a major investment i want to protect!!!

I have had to replace 3 iphones now due to damage incurred by drops, or other sort of accidents. Not all were covered by the regular AppleCare plan. I thought for the extra $$$ it gives me peace of mind to know if something happens again (and odds are they will) at least I'm covered.

The cartridges I bought today are the standard 62XL cartridges. They are supposed to last 3x as long, we have had good success in the past. I NWA's told I would recieve a 10% discount but did not.

I like the AppleCare plan because if I didn't have it I would have to pay almost $1,000 to get a new phone, but with Apple Care I don't have any worries and there price to fix things is reasonable.

I've not had to redeem my service, but I have family member who have and it worked for them without issue. This is why I finally enrolled in it. Good peace of mind and excellent Apple service.

I am the type of person who always drops their phone and ends up cracking the screen. For only a few bucks a month, I dont worry about that anymore because I know I am protected from any accidents.

It was so easy to go into the Best Buy Mobile store and get all the devices we needed. Thanks for the easy transaction and wonderful assistance with making the economical choices for our service.

My son's college isn't anywhere near an Apple Store but does have a nearby Apple Certified Best Buy. I now can feel confident that any issues with his new phone will be handled successfully.

It's always good to protect your expensive items! I like how they offered on iPhones that if your screen cracks your just charged $37 instead of 100 or more somewhere else! Saves a lot of money!

This care plan is okay, you can get a new phone up to 2 times if your screen is cracked. However, if you drop your phone in the toilet they treat you like a biohazard and you do have to pay. I sound a bit salty because its sort of annoying to deal with, but i kinda understand.

I haven't had to use this plan yet but just having it makes me feel much better about having the expensive phone. The guy at Best Buy Mobile really recommended it so I basically said okay why not.
