The customer service was great. We got the best product that fit us best. However we were very disappointed with the computer system and the speed of same. Transaction took a very long time.

I had never owned an iPhone before, finally I went for it and i like it so far. Now, the insurance with Apple sounds soo much better than the one offer by Sprint. As long as you don't loos it. ☺

Always good to have insurance for secure feeling, can never say a bad word about AppleCare it covers every aspect and the monthly payment option is great and works better for me than one lump sum

One, if not the best, support programs I can find for the smartphones. The company programs usually are at least 2 times/month more and do not offer essentially instant product replacement.

This phone protection plan includes almost everything you could possibly need if something happens to your phone including, loss and theft. You also have technical support just a phone call away

Great coverage. Makes me feel much better knowing that if my daughter dropped her phone or breaks her phone it is covered under this period especially when you're paying $700 for a new phone.

I wouldn't have any other protection on my phone but Apple care. It's great knowing that they will stand behind my phone. I have experienced this first hand and was impressed with their service.

this is the best insurance you can get for a phone There are two separate deductibles, one for if the screen breaks and one for if the entire phone needs to be replaced. amazing, who does that?

The only protection you will need for any one that buys an I Phone. You would have to be crazy to leave the store with out it. I lost my phone and swore I would always purchase Apple Care!!!!

Normally I don't like to buy insurance but considering the chances are pretty good that I'll drop the phone or worse....it will be covered for a minimal amount of repair cost. Can't beat that.

I recommend getting Applecare for the iPhone. It is too easy to drop in a great many situations. I also got Applecare for my new iMac simply because of the expense of a fully tricked out machine.

It's nice to know if my phone gets damaged that Apple has me covered. It's priced relatively reasonable and it's a must when you have a phone that would cost more than 800 dollars to replace.

I love knowing that if something were to happen to my phone/ like a broken charge port I can get it repaired. It costs a little more now than it did once before but it is still well worth it.

If you dont get a coverage plan for your phone you are just tricking yourself into believing nothing bad will ever happen because you are 'real careful'. Best laid plans... get the coverage.

I no longer have my 6s but my brother does and it’s amazing especially for him. He’s clumsy and always cracks his phone so paying only 30 dollars for a new screen you can’t beat it!

The apple care product is helpful for iPhone owners because it protects against times when a phone may break. It helps to save money in the long run by replacing the phone at a lower cost.

applecare is a less expensive "insurance" and has better coverage. The new iPhone is a big investment and I feel more comfortable having coverage. (Thankfully, I haven't had to use it yet!)

It's Apple care... To fix a screen its $29 now, instead of $129 if you broke ur screen more than 3 times--- it's better than last years Apple care... That's why I got it... For bad days...

It's overpriced but it could come in handy when least expected.
