Who doesn't want extra protection for their phone?

I am happy with my phone and the awesome service!!

It took us more than 2 hours to by 2 iphones and enable the services. The guy forget to enable the apple care in one the phone. He did not tell us that there will be additional charge to change my ATT service plan which I realized when saw the next bill.

My kids love their new phones and they work great!

I had my iPhone 6 since it came out so I figured it was time to upgrade. The camera and battery are better because it's brand new, but other than that it's not that special. I actually liked how the 6 was a little bit bulkier. I wish I got the Plus instead.

I cannot accurately rate this because I recently purchased the apple care for my phone. I have yet to use the services. I can say that I've HEARD (do not know if it's true) that apple care does not cover against lost, stolen or water damage. We will see.

I had this plan with my last phone A iPhone 6s Plus. I only used it once. I was having a problem with the phone charging. Or at least I thought I did. Took it in to Apple to find out it at the charger. They gave me a new charger and I was on my way.

This seems like an ok deal. There was no option of getting phone insurance when I bought at Best Buy though Verizon I believe does offer it in their stores. Apple care seems to be less expensive overall but does not cover stolen phones.

I recently upgraded and I continued with my BestBuy Apple care. A couple years back I had cracked my screen and since I had the insurance, I only had to pay 150 instead of buying a brand new phone for over 700 dollars.

I got this just a few days ago and have already received notification of a charge on my card that wasn't authorized. Researching with Apple. If it covers as it's suppose to without compromising data, i recommend.
