I purchased this for my mom, I own a Harmon krandon speaker myself and when I found out she wanted a Bluetooth device I knew what I was going to get her plus it looks great in her kitchen

Thankfully we haven't had to use this yet but my kids are not the most careful with their phones. I feel that the deductible on this plan is very fair. It's not an arm and a leg to repair.

Already used once after having the phone for only one week. You pay monthly and you still have to pay a deductible. It's obviously a lot cheaper then not having it. I recommend you go through geek squad even though you could go directly to Apple because it's a lot faster.

Got this for my daughter who has a habit of dropping her phones. Now that we have it she hasn't had to use it. But it us still nice to know if something happens it will be covered.

I used to have apple care but then sopped it because I was paying a monthly fee that I felt wasn't worth it. Now Apple Care replaces screens for $30 which I think is more than worth it.

I used to have geek squad insurance which is the same price, but if something happened to the phone it would be $150 to replace. Apple care covers more and at a cheaper replacement cost

It's nice to have extra protection and warranty on my new iPhone. I didn't have this on my old phone and was stuck with a cracked screen for over a year. With this I don't have to worry!

Haven't used this yet, however having this reduces worry about damage and failures of our phones. Pay by month allow flexibility when we upgrade, we have not prepaid for a set period.

My daughters and I are iPhone users all the way! We wouldn't use any other smart phone- with that said I think the smart thing to have is the protection that AppleCare has to offer

I usually don't get The Apple plan when upgrading devices. Luckily this time I did because I cracked my phone a week later. The covered the repair with a minimum out of pocket cost.

So far I haven't had to use applecare but i feel much better having it. I purchased my 7 year old grandson an ipad with Applecare even though he is very careful with his device.

I always protect my phone and was glad that the salesman suggested AppleCare instead of the Best Buy coverage last year as it has better coverage and deductible compared to Best Buy.

I usually crack the screen on my phone before it's time to get a new one. I love that with apple care I can pay monthly to have peace of mind in case anything happens to my phone.

It's always good to have insurance in the event something happens to your phone, for some reason my daughter always have problems with her phone. I never have problems with my phone

The apple care service team is very friendly and the don't outsource there calls. So glad I added the insurance onto my purchase. They will help you set up or troubleshoot any issue.

Haven't had to use this plan but it's like 3 bucks cheaper than geek squad android plan. Only downfall is lost/stolen is not covered under the plan like the geek squad android plan

I haven't used this yet, but hoping it will cover any accidental damage like they said it would, I broke my last two screens and they are not cheap to repair. If I break this one and AppleCare covers it like I was told they would then it will be worth the money

My son in the past has lost, damaged phones by dropping in the lake while fishing, I hoping that having this protection will give me reassurance that his phone is now protected
