Haven't had to use it and hope I don't have to. Good to know I am protected if anything does happen. Inexpensive considering what it covers.

This covers damage, loss, etc to the I-Phone. Since I have not had to use it, how can I rate it? Does anyone at Best Buy read these things?

I like new iPhone7 except for aux and charging port same makes it impossible to listen to music and charge phone at same time when needed.

I wish it was cheaper for the product. Good while it lasted. Had to cancel because I was charged when I didn't order it to continue.

This will be my 3rd purchase of Apple Care and have never used it. Would be nice if you got a small rebate if the policy goes unused.

All good but NO coverage for accidents, this needs to change, maybe when they are made in the USA they will offer accident coverage

Added this protection plan for our new iPhones. The young sales lady recommended this. Probably will only keep a couple of months.

Geek squad cancelled my apple care protection without notifying me. Apple gave me a very hard time looking up the account.

since every iphone user i have ever known either gets a button stuck, or cracks their screen you might as well protect yourself.

I gave 3 starts because they reduced the screen damage repair to $30, from $130. That is why I bought Apple Care first time.

I havenot had touse the protection plan, but you would be a fool not to have some typeof protection for and on your phone.

Highly recommend Best Buy for mobile purchases, would wait a little while for a new phone until the glitches are fixed.

I have never used it. Just pay too much for the service so I don't have to pay for a new phone if I break my IPhone.

Does not cover lost or stolen phones. Only cover a partial amount for broken phones and screens. Not worth the money

Apple care was sold to me with my new device purchase. I want to cancel the program, but it is not easy to cancel.

all of these insurance plans are kind of gimmicky, IMO. this one seems comparable to carrier ones.

I like my phone case. You can see the pretty rose color through the clear case and it protects it if I drop it

My apple care is not needed anymore. I’ve been trying to cancel it and I keep getting the run around.

i do wish it had a smaller deductible, or you could get a discount for each time you have had the apple care

The monthly plan is just like any other plan, nothing special. Shop around and get one that is good for you.
