I would recommend apple care especially if you are alway breaking your phone

I only gave this three stars because I have not had to use this service yet

I was looking for a phone holder for my car and the selection was minimumsl

I bought new iPhone 6S two months ago for my 17 yr old daughter headed out of town to college. The phone stopped working when she visited me, so we called Apple Care, after spending 35 mins on the phone, they advised me to call Geek Squad. Another 45 minutes and I was sent back to Apple Care, who tells me Best Buy should replace since it was purchased 2 months ago. I send my daughter to Best Buy, and they tell her to go to Apple Store. My daughter finds a store 45 minutes from my house (we do not have Apple Store in my city). Since she has no phone, or GPS. She was lost for 1 HR 45 minutes In the middle of nowhere. I was at work when I finally received a call from a very upset young lady. To say I'm upset, is an understatement. Thank goodness for Apple Store in Sacramento, they apologized for the runaround and took care of my daughters phone for free.

It's up to you if you what to get it.but it my pay for itself,if you need it

So far so good, we haven't needed this...but it is good to know we have it.

I think the insurance has improved. $99 for a replacement instead of $200.

I like how it covers scratches and a cracked phone but if I'm paying monthly for an insurance plan t should also cover if it gets lost or stolen...Also although I am paying monthly, if I do need it to get repaired for a scratch or cracked phone you still have to pay about $100. They should improve this.

Haven't put mine to use yet but I'm sure it'll come in handy at some point

You pay monthly for a service that charges you $150 to replace your phone.

Haven't needed to use it yet. But I guess when we do I'll have an update.

I wish it could be added to phone bill instead of taken out of an account

So far no problems. Have not had to use the coverage on this phone yet.

I'm hoping I do not need this coverage, but it will be great if I do.

Biggest rip off of your life until you need to replace your phone.

It do not cover lost and stolen phones that's the only down fall
