It does the job. Haven't had any problems with it.

In my opinion Apple Care or other extended warranties are not worth the money. When you consider the defect rate, you are basically giving the company free money. Spend a little money on a nice case for protection and then take good care of your phone and you will not need Apple Care. To be clear, I had this in place for only one month because of a promotion and I never had to file a claim with it. I cannot speak to whether or not the service is wonderful, but I just think that if you take care of your phone you are probably wasting your money with Apple Care. If you must, shop around and consider other warranties such as geek squad or square trade.

I only bought Apple Care because my wife didn't see a phone case that she liked.This was insurance in case the phone broke between purchase and finding a case that she liked. Definitely going to cancel this month.

I get billed for this every month and I don't what it's for the guy at the store didn't explain it just said slide your card and something along the lines of because I'm buying the phone I need this plan.

Sold me a phone at great price but was called at home later and was told they couldn't honor that price because sale ended the day before So that apraxia ended and the one I came to the store ended on the day I was there. Told me about another offer and that is why I went with the offer that ended day earlier. So I lost both So the gift for my Daughter, her first phone was returned. Verizon couldn't do anything and managers at the store said they couldn't do anything. I guess trying to work with someone to correct an mistake would take to much time out of there day.

Not excitedI’m not sure that I would recommend this because it did not come in handy I was not aware that I would be paying a higher monthly fee after paying for it upfront

I do not recommend this warranty as it isn't clear as to what the price is to replace a phone. I was told a different price in the store as to when I spoke with apple on the phone

I was told I could bring my phone back due to issues and when I got there they said oh, this is actually day 15. You needed to be here yesterday. Even though I called on Friday and they said it was ok to bring it in on Sunday. Now they said, you have to go to the Apple Store. It's an hour away. We can't do anything. Sorry someone didn't know what they were taking about. Really? I will NEVER buy a phone from Best Buy ever again.

You're kind of stuck with it because apple needs to be protected with all the issues they have. So if you nuy a Iphone you'll need it.

Costs over $100 a year for one phone. Probably won't need it since I am good to my phone. I think I'll cancel it.

Apple care has always been a wonderful and extremely helpful thing to have and has saved my buns many times

I don't think you really need to purchase Apple care from Best Buy when it it's only good at a Apple Store.

Bought this with a new phone but decided to cancel and went with another company that was less expensive

The coverage is great but I don't like the fact that the payments have to be direct deposit.

I wish we didn't have to protect the electrics with expensive plans, but it is fragile.

Some you use and some can be a waste. I think we pay out too much and we don't use it.

Was disappointed to find out the apple care plan did not cover lost or stolen phones like my insurance that I had bought at Best Buy previously on my old phone I looked around and I saw AT&T had full coverage at the same price as AppleCare and they replace lost and stolen so I canceled my AppleCare and bought AT&T insurance

I like the product . How ever the Bestbuy sales person fell short on helping me transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone . It took several trips to get the two phones I purchased set up correctly . I have purchased several phones in the past from Best Buy but will go to Apple care or AT&T in the future .
