Not sure the $7.99/month price tag is worth the cost. I cancelled.

The Sales guy mislead me by saying that Apple had "mandated" them to sell 1 month of Apple Care + with sale of every iPhone 7. When I inquired about this and told them about the false claims made by the sales guy, they had. Itching to say but "Sorry". They said they cannot refund me the money.

Not sure if the insurance policy is worth it..haven't needed it.

I already an apple care already for one phone. I am not getting.

My phone freezes a lot, I have turn off and then back on.

Gonna cancel it as it seems like redundant coverage

We recently experienced an issue with cracked glass and were told it would be $175 to replace it even with the protection. We ended up paying a repair shop across the street $125 to completely repair it! Hmmmm what have I been payin for the last 2 years?

switched carriers & phones. they said it would cancel. a month later i was charged. called to dispute and said they couldn't refund my money. so i'm pretty much all set with apple care

Wasn't really explained to me the purpose and use of it. Already have insurance with my carrier. Too many hoops to jump through when trying to cancel, so I guess I'm stuck with it.

Have not had to use it, but not impressed. Since this is my sons phone, i prefer to pay a few dollars extra and have lost or stolen phone covered. Apple care does not offer it.

I never needed to use apple care . Also I didn't like the fact you pay $100 deductible for screen cracks. I can have that repaired anywhere for that

I don't understand why AppleCare does not cover lost & theft of their iPhones as much as the phone cost.

worst experience ever with Mike supervisor didn't want to exchange bad phone they sold and knew was bad

Not happy! Have to let them hold the full amount of phone to get replaced or repaired!

Best Buy charges a monthly fee! Better of pay it as one shot than $7.99 per month.

I get insurance through my cell phone carrier. Much cheaper.

Apple care is not really needed if your carrier offers it

Can’t use at store, must travel over an hour to fix

Does not cover theft like ATT does. Not as good of a deal.
