Apple is known for their customer service, but there should be an asterisk that say "if you buy AppleCare" because if you do, you get service, no questions asked.

Bought this for both our phones. Spouse dropped their phone and it cost $29 to replace the broken screen. Super simple and better than normal phone insurance.

Apple care comes in handy if you want to take a class or need some help with your product. Also useful if you inadvertently drop your phone and crack your screen.

Worth every dollar to have this for your own protection if you damage your phone in any way better coverage when it comes to cracked screens or any other damages.

i get this all the time when i get my new iPhones but then cancel it...being older i am more careful on how i handle and use the phones....maybe would be good for parents who have teenagers and prone to having them do things with the phone

So far, I have not had to use the service yet, but I have had it in the past. I was discouraged in the past because of having to use it only at an Apple store, which is not convenient. I am so happy that now Best Buy can honor Apple Care!

I would not recommend buying an iPhone without Applecare. Sure it adds a little extra expense, but the insurance is well worth it to protect against accidents.

We used the AppleCare via the service's online chat. The representative was helpful and knowledgeable. Our issue was resolved in less than 15 minutes via chat.

Recently switched from an Android to an iPhone 7plus and even though it's taking some getting used to, I must say that I am really enjoying getting used to it.

We have not had to use it, but it's great to have. In addition, we are able to pay the cost as monthly payments for each phone instead of a lump sum up front.

Great coverage that does not break the bank. Especially as a college student, you want protection for your device, but can afford to play it in a lump some.

Fortunately, we haven't had to use the service. However it seems to be a much better deal for us instead of the service that's provided through our carrier.

This plan is better then the one that ATT offers and cheaper on the pocket if anything happens to your phone and the payment can come from BestBuy Card.

If you're even considering buying it I would go with it. Especially because if you have anything go wrong mechanically or damage-wise, you know you're covered.
