I'm not sure exactly how good it is because I haven't had to use it yet.

I switched from droid to iPhone and the camera is way better on my droid. The phone works fine just takes a little getting used to.

Luckily I have not had to use this care plan. Seems it is a smart investment to cover your phone in case something happens to it.

I went from android to iphone. Love the iphone, wish I did it years ago!

It is totally worth the cost to prevent accidental damage to your phone, especially if you are accident prone or have young kids.
