I am glad this is an option at BestBuy now. The ease of buying this plan at checkout is great.

I was scared to transition from an android to a iphone but I really like my phone, apple has made it user friendly b/c the older generations that I switched from had to be plugged into iTunes for everything and now that is made easy.

I almost did not get it on my last phone, but did. Left my 5s in my pocket and ran it thru the washing machine. They sent me a new one in short order. Hope that doesn't happen again but I will be sure to buy the contract from now on.

The plan is great if you don't send me a refurbished phone. Since I'm spending a lot on this phone, I feel like should get a brand new phone. I it can't be fix, with my warranty. And not a refurbished one. Quote a brand new one.!,

As an Apple fan I highly prefer Apple Care Plus over other forms of insurance - for the price and what you get I don't think anyone beats it! I do wish they had a lost/stolen option but I'm sure that can easily be taken advantage of.

If you like to know you're product is covered definitely get Apple care. For less than your standard carrier insurance you can get Apple Care and pay only a third of what all other carriers charge. Highly recommend getting this coverage.

I havent had any issues with the phone so I cannot say much on this product. I purchased this as a form of protection should anything major happen to the phone because I like to have that additional protection for my own benefit.

If you have an iPhone or ANY Apple product, the smartest thing you'll ever do is buy the protection plan. The plan has been updated the deductible makes waaaaayyyy more sense and it covers dropping the phone and cracking the class.

I used to pay $10 for less coverage than this gives for only one phone through a carrier. Now I pay $15 for 2 phones and it offers a lot better protection. When it comes to quality for the price I'm satisfied with this choice.

So I had the Sprint version of equipment replacement and they charge $200 to repair a cracked screen on iPhone. With Applecare it was $99 to repair it and the screen is gets an extended warranty in case something happens to it.

I have had AppleCare and since its introduction AppleCare+ on every Apple device I have owned. Although I have never had an issue with physical damage the extended customer service and piece of mind is worth the investment

Haven't needed to use it yet, but the price is reasonable, and the new price for a cracked screen ($30) is really nice and the most likely thing I would need it for anyway. Hopefully don't need it, but nice to know it's there.

I always get the protection plan and have had to use it with the device malfunctioning. I love the new option that you can discontinue the device support as opposed to buying two years up front like they used to make you do.

Got rid of my phone insurance through my provider and switched to Apple care. Apple care is cheaper than the insurance and covers most of the same. Anymore now you have to pay to have your phone looked at through the company.

The deductible is a little steep, but at least I'll have peace of mind knowing that if something happens to my iPhone 7S Plus, I can get it replaced. I'd hate to have to keep paying on the Next plan and not even have a phone.

I'm very happy with the phone and of course the service was great to. It always is at the Best Buy electronics store in the mall.By the way I took my brother there a couple of weeks later so he can get a new phone as well

Fortunately, I haven't used this yet! I have protective covers on both cell phones and ipad, but wanted the insurance in case anything goes wrong. I hope it was money down a rat hole, and that I will never need it. LOL.

I'm very happy to have a monthly option for apple care. I haven't used it yet but in the past it has been worth it. This is the best "insurance" I think is offered for iPhone. Better than the Best Buy plan and att by far.

I have always been a iPhone user so it was a no brainer to continue on with the iPhone 7. I love the size not too big and not as small as the 5S I had. Takes great photos and is a lot faster. Like the color options too.

I went to purchase the new iPhone. However after speaking with the salesman I ended up buying 2 new phones. The deal they had going on was awesome. I ended up with 2 new phones (upgrades), while reducing my monthly bill.
