    I dropped my phone the second day I had it and shattered the back. It cost me $99.99 for a new phone because they can’t fix the back. My only complaint is that you only get two incidents a year.

    Purchase Apple Care when I purchased a new iPhone 8. Decided to purchase it for a few months just as a precaution. We canceled it after three months and it was a very easy process to cancel.

    I hope to never have to use this, but it good to have in case I do. I didn't have it on my last phone so I had to go and buy a new one and pay off the one that broke. Not a cheap thing to do.
