I am very happy with my purchase for quality at cost.

If you purchase an iPhone, you must purchase this. Apple has pushed repair costs to punitive amounts. So, like it or not, purchase this to avoid price gouging by Apple.

I was disappointed to learn I had to drive 45 minutes away to an Apple store for repairs when Best Buy is perfectly equipped to make the repairs. I was also told I'd get 3 incidents but it's only 2. Almost cheaper to just pay to get it fixed.

I dont know if this is a great value. I pay monthly, and always have after purchasing a new phone, but the phones start to malfunction after the first two years of coverage via AppleCare

Apple care is an excellent choice for insurance on your phones. Definitely recommend this.

We decided to add this protection; however, we never used it. I understand the reason of having your phone protected but by the time, the phone needs an upgrade.
