Poor Theft Coverage Policy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I switched to Asurion as soon as I could after one of the 3 phones I purchased along with the 3 plans I bought was stolen and Apple and Assurant (note the closeness in names...don't be fooled) siting the find my phone feature was not turned on. It was because we could see it, but Apple said it was not...their word against ours. Then they both blamed each other (Apple and Assurant) for refusing to pay.

Poor Service Coverage

When one of the phones was stolen, Apple Care refused to pay siting the find my phone feature was not turned on...it was but our word against theirs. Then they said Assurant would not pay...the people from Assurant said Apple would not pay...like the elections nothing but a blame game here. BEWARE

Apple Care Billing issue

Don't buy through Best Buy

AWFUL experience, I don't know how Apple allows Best Buy to sell these being that it can be so frustrating for the consumer.
