I wasn't going to get the apple care because I hate the whole setting up appointment and going to Apple Store. Then sales clerk told me the geek squad handles Apple care claims and I was instantly sold.

One never knows if one will get a bad product, but Apple Care seems to work for me every time.

With this 2-year plan I do not have to keep worrying about the care that my grandson is taking of his ipod. This does not mean that I do not remind him that it is not a toy when I see him.

I buy the warranty not because the product can be defective but because occasionally I can be careless. It happens when I'm rushing and applecare definitely stands behind their products.

Always get the protection plan. It is very useful.

Have never had to use my Apple Care warranty on any of my Apple products, which is a good thing, so it would be hard to rate, but I think it would be good for any Apple User to have.

A must have for Apple products. Apple makes very breakable products, but this apple care makes everything free for repair or replacement, even accidental damage.
