I bought this for my son for school. It’s a great laptop and its great for school projects and assignments. We have used other brand laptops but the MacBook Air is by far the best. I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone who is in the market for one.

I’ve been told from several people that this is one of the greatest investments and well worth the money. I have not had to “file a claim,” but I hear it is the easiest service to use. Hope I don’t ever need to use it, but glad I purchased it because you never know what could happen!!

Love the MacBook Air! I was debating between the pro and the air, but since I won’t be doing any major editing with photos and music, I decided on the air. I’m very happy with my decision. My only complaint is I will have to purchase the extra stuff to be able to connect my USB.

This is great to have. No worries, can get any problem fixed.

The specs of this laptop are perfect for my needs. I mainly using it for writing using Microsoft and making spreadsheets and powerpoints. I also purchased this because I am old fashion and wanted USB ports but I know they are going away and my next purchase will not have them.

May seem a bit steep, but if you're sending a child to college, you cannot beat having 3yrs of tech support and item replacement via AppleCare+. Highly recommended!

Protection plans are a necessary evil but most important. Your product will be protected from drops,spills and everyday accidents

Nice of apple to offer this service although it should be more detailed on what they can’t accept to get fixed

My macbook Air started heating up and the fan got really loud even when idle. Fortunately my applecare+ helped get it repaired and shipped without any deductibles or issues. Entire process was 1 week which is pretty fast when you consider shipping it out.

I’ve used warranties through Best Buy in the past. They are very good. Sometimes you don’t use the warranty, but when you need to, Best Buy facilitates a smooth transition that makes it worth it!

Definitely recommend purchasing the apple care plans for your expensive apple products....replacement and repair costs can be expensive. The mail in process for apple service is effortless and quick. Got my laptop fixed and returned to me in about a week's time.

I recommend everyone gets insurance for it is essential.

I never owned a Laptop until this year due to COVID 19 I was to start and continue to work from home. I let my daughter pick the one I ended up getting out, otherwise I would have went with a PRO. But I love my MacBook Air. Hope to purchase a IMAC in the near future.

Great product always support Apple products.......

It’s expensive but it’s better to be safe the sorry. Apple care will make sure to cover any damages unless your own fault such as spill damage (be careful). All in all just get it if your worried about something bad happening to it.
