I only have had one problem with laptop and was going to save so much by having the insurance but didn’t need to use it . Just having the knowledge of the possibility of the worst case scenario it was comforting to know I had apple care

It’s always a good thing to get insurance for all of your electronics and it’s much better to be safe than sorry and so that being said Apple care + combined with Best Buy’s help makes for an amazing combo just like peanut butter and jelly

You absolutely need apple car for any of your apple products. I wouldn't feel like my purchase would be complete without the apple care protection. The good thing is that best buy is one of the apple care authorized dealers.

I love my Mac! I hadn’t purchased myself a new laptop in quite some time, this was a good investment. The sound on the laptop is great! The only downside is the camera isn’t the best camera for FaceTiming.

I haven't had to use AppleCare but for what all it offers, it seems to be the best option if something goes wrong with my MacBook.

I haven't had to use this product because of the quality of Apple products. I have had my MacBook for almost a year and have not had many issues. I do like that I have the added peace of mind of having this protection

Purchasing the AppleCare was the best thing I could've ever done. It's my second MacBook and I've seen how easy it is to have accidents. Just for surety, this warranty was needed.

Happy to know that it’s insured because my last laptop was in complete shambles and I couldn’t do anything with it which is why I bought the air. Needed for school so best way to do was insure!

Its is better to be safe than sorry! I am sure if the computer ever needs servicing, the price for the coverage will have been well worth it...the MacBook Air is a major investment, so the Apple Care is a must have!

Got the AppleCare with my youngest daughter’s new Mac, hoping we don’t need it. But it is a good insurance policy in my opinion. Bought it with my oldest daughter’s first iPhone 10 years ago. She promptly dropped it and broke the screen on the second day she owned it! Having Apple Care certainly helped in replacing it! A little expensive with the copay, but cheaper than buying a new phone!

I like the fact that this plan covers my laptop for 3 years, that’s a good length. You can always check to see how long you have left from your laptop. I don’t like the fact that if something goes wrong you have to pay still. It kinda seems like a double payment almost. The price is kind of expensive, but BestBuy doesn’t set the price, Apple does. Overall, I think it’s a good plan.

This is something I would never not get. I have purchased the AppleCare+ with every Apple product. I have use AppleCare+ with no problem. They are very helpful and have answered with no problem.

I bought my MacBook two year ago and I also purchased the three year plan of AppleCare just in case something happened to my laptop. This is a good three year plan care for someone who’s careless of their MacBook

I have not had to use it yet though I am glad to have it just in case.

Apple products are so good and if you add a protective case, then I would not recommend purchasing. The exception is if you have broken your laptop in the past or if your young kids carry and use your laptop.
