I have not had to use it yet though I am glad to have it just in case.

Although I have not yet needed the apple care I feel better knowing my device is covered, and covered for 3 years!

Machine gets really hot. Fan is very loud. doesnt have old features such the ability to alter the click sounds on the touch pad which has been around for years and theres no reason that apple couldnt of included except they are greedy. also charge deductibles now with apple care + been buying apple products for 30 years and this was and will be my last apple product after buying the slap in the face that is the iphone 12. if apple would focus on what they do wrong rather than trying release new garbage every year during the old men in turtle neck and jeans annual look at how cool we are event in september maybe they wouldnt be losing a large portion of their fanbase every year.

Love my new laptop. This is my first Apple laptop that I have and I love it. My gf recommend me to get one and she knew I was going to love it and she was right. The color is amazing too Space Gray.

Apple care is a must, little expensive but the benefits are a sop and a must

Great value for daily task such as Zoom, MS office and others. This will not replace your MacBook Pro which I use for video and music editing, Powerful enough to do applications such as mentioned above. I wish I would have waited for the new version that came out November 2020, but for $850, it was a steal. Sale because new version with Apple's own processor was coming out.

Have not had to use it yet, but I bought the laptop for a high schooler who is hard on his phone. This is a pretty good protection for the laptop that he will be using at school and that just allows for more chances for something to happen.

Got a great deal on the rose gold MacBook. It was an open box so I got extra savings. If you haven’t heard about this, be sure to ask the next time you stop by your local Best Buy store!

If you’re getting an apple product or any product for a loved one then yea the 3 year plan is a must. Covers damages etc. I bought it for my little cousin because she’s in school and well I’m glad I did.

I haven’t used it yet with this product, it have previously with my iMac. Great costumer support with friendly and knowledgeable customer service.

I’m still amazed everyone doesn’t have an apple computer! I wouldn’t buy anything else! Apple computers are next to none! I’m also so a longtime apple user so my opinion is definitely bias..

Love my Mac. Love how everything can be done from it even when I don’t have my iPhone with me. Love being able to back up pictures and store them in my computer

Have yet to use and didn't purchase with my last MacBook, but it's nice to know I have the extra coverage. Bonus offering of $50 off during Black Friday sales, which made the decision easier to add.

A must have . It's costly upfront, but if you ever go to the genius bar and they tell you the cost of a repair.....your heart will skip a beat and you'll regret not having AppleCare+ for MacBook.

They helped me a lot on the store and the laptop works perfectly!

I never really had to use AppleCare but I was glad I purchased it. Apple products are good quality. I wanted Apple care because most of the Apple products were purchased for younger people’s—my grandchildren.

Though I haven't had the chance to use it, I have received emails from time to time reminding me that the services are there for me to use. That's really good because ot gives you peace of mind.

Haven’t used it yet so hopefully if I need it. It will be of good use
