Love this computer I got it for my daughter and she loves it she uses it for school I have a Pro and the Air is just as great she loves that it’s light so she doesn’t have a heavy backpack when she goes to school

I wouldn’t buy a Mac without this! AppleCare gives me piece of mind knowing I have this for 3 years. Bought this with my sons MacBook, hoping this will get us through his last couple years of school. Great value for what it offers.

I haven’t had to use this product yet but just like with a car it’s never bad to have insurance in your back pocket. I have had to use sale rate but same product for my iPhone so I feel more secure having this on my computer as well.

I was very happy that my battery which died was replaced at no cost to me. I would be even happier if Apple allowed Best Buy to replace the battery so I wouldn’t have had to go elsewhere for this service.

I haven’t had to use this yet but it’s really nice to know it’s there if I need it

I bought a MacBook and decided to buy this service plan just to be safe. Have not needed it yet but I have piece of mind that it is there if my son has issues with this device which is needed for online schooling!!!!

Thankfully as a Best Buy Elite member, I was able to exchange my sister's Mac after the 15 days but we did not take any chances and purchased the Care plan just in case! With everything moving to virtual you just never know.

Love my new MacBook! I love the ease of use and the large screen! Happy that we got it at Best Buy too - easy to order online and pick up. The staff was really helpful with our redundant questions!

This laptop is ok. It is light and seems to run well except the mouse arrow freezes from time to time. It will not do what I needed it to do cause my cad programs will only work on micro soft programs and now I must buy another laptop. I will save this for the grand children to use for virtual school.

AppleCare+ has always been great value. I define it as a must for any Apple product, and it’s both cost effective and provide excellent insurance (especially if you’re unlucky enough to have to use it).

Not as great as my older MacBook but nice and lightweight. Gets the job done.

I would not recommend ANYONE not purchase any Apple product without Applecare+ This service makes life so much easier in the event of an accident.

This was so much fun to use! I returned it after a few days because of the price, but it was awesome. Hopefully the refurbished mac mini I ordered is something like this, but I highly doubt it. :(

Best Apple purchase to date. I love my MacBook. So easy to use, and combining it with the wireless mouse is amazing. 10 out of 10 I recommend the purchase combo.

AppleCare plus is a worthwhile investment if you are purchasing a MacBook. I am always very careful with my electronics and have had little use for warranties, but I purchased AppleCare+ regardless as accidents do happen. I spilled my pomegranate tea on my MacBook Pro and was unsuccessful in my efforts to save it from its demise. I took my nonfunctional MacBook Pro to the Apple store, they examined it and sent it away for repairs after I paid the fee (approximately $250) for the accident. I had it back within 2 weeks and have never had a problem since. I was so relieved to only have to pay $250 for my clumsiness and not $3000 to replace the computer.

even tho apple care is pretty expensive its worth to have solely because you're covered for 3 years and if anything at all goes wrong within this time period you're completely covered for a new charger and anew laptop if anything happens

This is the second MacBook I purchased for my 2nd college student. We have not had any issues with it, it’s been a while I purchased and still works like the 1st day.

Not much to say other than I am covered by Apple and I hope that I don’t need this care plan. I’m the event that I do need this insurance I know that Apple will cover anything that is under the listed problems and issues that one might have.

I bought the Apple Care+ for my granddaughters Apple Mac Air because my daughter bought a Apple Mac Air a few months befor the Apple Care+ was offered and she had to pay $497.50 for a new screen that was broke because of being dropped.

Best thing I’ve ever had. I love my laptop so much like my own child!
