AppleCare Is A Service Worth It’s Weight In Gold

Since I’m new to Apple I use the AppleCare all the time. The techs at Apple make it worth it. Funny enough I used to have a Samsung as I call them them “The Master Of Reset Of The Cell Phone Industry” and now I have an Apple I learned something between the two Apple Customer Service Advisors care about their customers and do everything possible to resolve your issue without ever doing a “Master Reset!” Take a note here Samsung!! Don’t take your iPhone, iPad, MacBook or any other Apple product without an AppleCare Plan.
