Best product ever had so far highly recommended pro version

Was a gift to my niece 8th grade graduation. She love apple products. No issue sooed. Storage, memory all great no issues for the last 3 years.

Very convenient for getting questions answered quickly.

Apple care is awesome to have, I have had Mac Book since may sophomore year of college and only had to use the insurance once. Apple was helpful, understanding and able to restore my laptop as brand new.

Apple care products, seems to be ok if you need it.

Front last year I went in Apple Store 6 times and they said everything is good and the problem came back again and just now when the warranty is expired they found a problem with the charge port and I have to pay for

Over many years and many Apple products, I have purchased several AppleCare plans — not once have I ever needed to use them. So for me, not a good investment and I would have been better off keeping the money and self-insuring. For my last two iPhones and a newly purchased MacAir M1, I am doing exactly that. I would rather keep that money in my account and manage the risk myself rather than give it to Apple and likely never use it, based on my history. The included warranty is all I need.

i did not even get access to my apple care and apple is saying my warranty expired even before time.
