Nice to have

But I have called a couple times to get help with connectivity issues. It's hard to get a number to call. I start with the store and have to tell my story and get transferred a few times, repeating my story. One time was helpful. The 2nd time wasn't. She literally read off things to try from the internet. I can do that...thought they're supposed to be computer techs. Good to have in case something serious happens tho.
