I don't know whether this has any real value unless you have a problem. Since this is my first MacBook Pro, I figured that I'd get it just in case, but I haven't seen any difference in the way my problems are prioritized by Apple.

I haven’t had to use it but I’m sure they have me covered.

You could never be too careful with apple products

I have used this product in the past, it is vey dependable.

Important item needed after saving so much for a new toy.

Important insurance in the event of service issue.

Would have loved if the price was lower than what Apple offers today. Consumers are already paying quite a bit for their Apple products and would make more sense if they don't have to pay much for extended warrenty.

Purchased to protect the computer however it still cost me money to fix it. Ridiculous! It’s going to take a lit time to learn how to use it. I’m hoping it lasts at least 10 years then I’ll get my money’s worth.

I bought for peace of mnd to protect my “expensive” MacBook Pro. It’s been 2 years now. I may not have a need to use this. Apple needs to bring the price of their Apple much lower!

Average rating only because, I received it. I haven't used AppleCare in relation to my new MacBook Pro (M1). I am feeling more secure just having AppleCar

Works great except for airdrop always needs updates so Bluetooth never works thinking even of returning.

yet to use this apple care. Bought Apple care because from previous experience paid a lot of money just to fix another MacBook computer.

I don’t like the fact that I paid 1,500 for the laptop and also had to pay $300 for Apple care for 3 years should’ve been a lifetime for all the money I spent

This care plan is quite expensive and I'm not really sure I needed to purchase both this and the geek squad but it's too late to turn back now.

I did not end up needing it. But I guess better safe than sorry right. Overall always been iffy about buying these protection plans.

I have never had to use this plan. I have it for 2 Apple MacBooks I purchased. I think it's a wast of money.

I haven’t had to use Apple care a whole lot but when i called with tech issues they walked me through it very helpful

Way over priced for what Apple does for you. They rip off the customer for the products the sell and then again for the warranty

So far it is good. I didnt get a chance to use this..Hopefully, I dont end up spending lots of money for any repair

This is a great product, but, is overpriced! It is just 1% probable that my Mac would undergo damage and I might look back and say I wasted this 300$!
