    This is great in theory. Would be nice if there wasn't a deductible that just be paid also. Would pay a little more up front of fully covered.

    New MacBook had firmware problem with memory. Asked Apple to send me a replacement one that was fixed. They refused. Told me to travel 120 miles to get it fix while I waited or send it n for about a 2 week turn around. Got appointment and drove to authorized service center and they would not fix it while I waited - a weeks turn around and another 120 mile round trip - NOT Took it back to Best Buy and they exchanged it on the spot for another new one. WORKS great!
