Again with Apple way too expensive, but of course you need it they break down often.

I got this plan with my Macbook Pro. Never had to use it so can't say yet.

I haven’t had to use it yet, but will be soon because the computer is acting up

I can’t say how this worked as I didn’t need to use it.

I purchased AppleCare+ from Best Buy, La Jolla at the time I purchased my MacBook Pro as seen on the Best Buy’s system generated purchase date of 11/29/19 below. Fast forward 1 year and 1 week later, the screen broke and I took the MacBook to Best Buy for repair and all of a sudden the proof of purchase disappeared on Best Buy’s system but it is still on my purchase history and I am still paying for it. Lesson learnt! If you are looking into buying Apple products, buy it directly from Apple and definitely not from Best Buy. Save yourself the headache and middle man system glitch. Best Buy’system is not in sync with Apples when it comes to verifying proof of purchase of insurance.

Having spent the better part of a year being given the run around, countless hours spent trying to resolve this issue I STILL don’t have the Apple Care+ that I purchased alongside my MacBook Pro (on the same receipt even). Best Buy constantly sends me to Apple, who then sends me back to Best Buy. I have the digital receipt in my purchase history in the app (how I save all my receipts) and even still am being asked to review this item- as it’s in my purchase history. Yet still Beat Buy says I didn’t buy it, my digital receipts/app/etc mean nothing.

I bought this with a MacBook in 2020 and it was literally stolen in a parking garage within a week. I specifically asked for the AppleCare with theft coverage and was told I would be covered. I needed it for work so I was forced to get a credit card and get another MacBook with no coverage! Wish it could transfer over since it was such an awful situation and put me back a lot financially. It’s paid off now but I have no protection on the MacBook I got to replace the first. Smh

I did not need to use this, so I dont have much to say about it. I think it would be more beneficial to buy a case instead of getting apple care.

I mean I did not like the computer so the apple care I never used. I thought it was expensive though when I purchased it.

Works great except for airdrop always needs updates so Bluetooth never works thinking even of returning.

I think electronic and appliances should last for more than three years without having to buy an extra warranty.

For the price you pay you should automatically receive this. Apple is overrated

I really don’t get the point of the Apple care. I haven’t yet to use it.

Impossible to get damaged product repaired! Apple should be ashamed of themselves for such poor customer service; they certainly charge enough for their computers and plans!

I was very surprised to see such a high deductible for repairs other than screen or case damage. It is $299 and sales person should have given us this information. I wasn’t thinking about a repair contract so it was a spot decision with no research on my end prior to buying and would have appreciated salesman at least bringing this up. I am probably going to cancel since this policy is $269 to start with
