I was very surprised to see such a high deductible for repairs other than screen or case damage. It is $299 and sales person should have given us this information. I wasn’t thinking about a repair contract so it was a spot decision with no research on my end prior to buying and would have appreciated salesman at least bringing this up. I am probably going to cancel since this policy is $269 to start with

This was not useful for me as the macbook I purchased did not even last 2 days.

Please be advised this protection is only on the hardware. If you spill coffee or drop the computer. There is no help available from the Geek squad. Apple took pity on me and helped with start-up, not because I bought AppleCare.

I dont agree with Apple Care i think it is useless.

Not even a month after getting my MAC I had it stolen from me. Apple care does NOT cover theft. Do not invest in this.

don't buy. unnecessary up charge if you are a stable person.

I love this little Macbook! Nearly 3 1/2 years since I bought it, and still going strong. I've previously only owned Windows laptops, and I would've had to replace it by now. I only wish it was touch screen!

Purchased for granddaughter still going good got thru college at utsa and Alamo community college now going to ASU for masters going to get a new o e for her

Gave peace of mind, knowing that my new laptop was protected even up to three years after purchase.

If you buy any Apple product this is a must buy! They’re always there for you and everything is covered for any reason!

My Apple care + has come in handy especially since I use my Apple products for both work and personal use!

I am really happy that I purchased 3 year plan Applecare+ when I purchased my MacBook Pro at Bestbuy. It saved me repair cost twice. First when there was accidental screen crack, and when my charging ports stop working. I took my MacBook pro to Apple store it was fixed at no cost. Thank you Apple for this invaluable idea.
