Stuff happens... And when it does, it pays to have coverage. It’s worth renewing, as well. The extent of our dependence on computers should be reflected in the precautions that we take to protect that utility. Don’t get caught with your pants down.

don't have a lot to say since I have never used it but peace of mind is great. The apple care I had o my last mac book expired before I had problems with the mac book but as expensive as macs are it makes sense to protect it.

AppleCare is the way to go. They are there when you call them and are spot on. The mouse quit working on the MacBook we called them up and they talked us through what to do. In 15 minutes it was working perfectly again

The best plan that I hope to never need. I've never had a problem with my Mac so I can't directly comment on Apple Care. But the few people I know that have needed it found it to be as efficient and robust as the machines themselves.

I can use my MacBook Pro with no worries. This give me the confidence to get the job done with a piece of mind.

I hope we never have to use this product but I want the insurance if anything ever happens to the computer.

I am of the belief that if you spend the amount of money it costs for a MacBook Pro, you should be willing to spend the extra money to protect it. I've had good luck with AppleCare in the past as well and would recommend it to anyone.

Christmas night my daughter was trying to updated her phone and she started having issues with the computer. We called and they were so helpful and got us working correctly. We have used apple care with our watches as well. I will purchase Apple care with everything that I buy from now on.

Anyone with an apple product of any kind can understand why you need this. Gotta have it. Best Buy sets it up right then and there when you purchase it along with your device so you don't have to worry about going home to connect it/get covered.

Don’t usually buy Apple plans but for large purchase it was a good idea. Best Buy employee was very good at explaining it.

I always purchase the apple care when getting new technology. While find apple products to be incredibly durable.. you just never know. When I've had to call tech, they've been incredibly helpful.

Having AppleCare+ on any apple device is really great. The tech support is really very reliable. I have also gotten AppleCare+ for my Apple watch and when it came to using it, wow, truly great support. Thank You!

This is an awesome buy its extra protection when the one year warranty runs out. I'm glad I bought it because all together its 3 years protection and with extra two, AppleCare offers accidental protection. I say, with a $1,700 computer I must say I made great choice to buy the plan!

I purchased the apple care package because it was a value care package to have at a reasonable price for three years , I will recommend it to anyone that cares about the continuing upkeep service of their valued product

Bought this because the new M1 is first gen for apple. Always purchase as a just in case life happens. Was a little expensive on top of the price of the MacBook Pro. Would say try to hold out until they have a sale

This service has definitely came in handy and is useful to have as I have already used this service myself in the past. Little on the pricey side however is much cheaper then if you had to go fix your macbook without it.

AppleCare+ is a great deal, as it keeps you from spending a lot of money on a new MacBook Pro! My previous MacBook Air required a new keyboard and I saved a lot of money thanks to this warranty. I highly recommend it!
