This is the great thing to have to protect your computer but it is a little on the expensive side.

Didn't think I'd need it but got it just in case. It's a good thing as I needed it when my mother board ended up frying for absolutely no reason they could find. Just a bad unit. + covered it.

AppleCare is a must have you should always purchase this when purchasing a phone laptop desktop saved a lot of money

Have used yet. Hope i dont have to, but seems to i feel assured that it is available for thise “just in case” moments

Apple car for three years was a smart choice one of lights went out on my keyboard i took it in and they replaced the entire keyboard this is such a great bang for the buck the 25 hour service is fantastic

Apple products cost too much to replace so you can't live without it. I have apple care on all of my items. I haven't had to use it so far but I sure the day I don't have it, something will break.

It has saved me numerous times. One day, my macbook pro's screen failed on me all of a sudden and the repair would have cost me $900 according to the Apple technician. With the AppleCare I did not pay anything at all!

I have only had AppleCare for 2 weeks, and have called in a couple times to answer questions for me. It is nice to have the warranty for the hardware but also this is my first Mac so nice to have someone help you walk through steps if needed and answer questions.

Look, if you think your product is going to survive three years and you need to technical support, you can skip it. But I have used AppleCare for dozens of IT support hours and they are awesome. Far better than Geek Squad.

I like AppleCare. I appreciate their having 'real live' people to talk with when I have a challenge. Also, with phones being so expensive these days, if I do lose it or break it, etc., I can get it replaced.

We always purchase Apple Care for our Apple products. The few times we needed it, fast and easy to use and we were glad we bought it. Yes, it’s expensive but if you need it, you’ll be glad you have it.

I know many don’t see the point in buying AppleCare but personally, it gives me a piece of mind. If you own or have previously owned Apple products and don’t have warranty, you know it’s not cheap to fix. 24/7 support is always a good thing and this offers that.

Best decision you can make. With everything being so much of the unknown, prices going up. In case of ANY accident (which let's face it it's bound to happen). guarentee protection!

Having spent the extra money for the higher quality MacBook Pro, this insurance seems like a “no-brainer.” For instance, ANY damage to the glass screen is estimated to have a repair cost over $1000, so having this insurance is “peace-of-mind” in my book!

Haven't got to use it yet but I think it will be a good purchase cause it covers my computer for 3 years so if I have Any problems or accidents I know im covered and apple got my back thanks !!

I would never think of purchasing an expensive laptop without any type of protection. This added protection gives me peace of mind and security, simply in knowing that I have the added protection.

Totally worth the price. I have always purchased Apple Care with my products and it has paid off. My old laptop had a mysterious chip in the screen and it was replaced without question, for $0!

Within 4 months of my NEW Mac Pro it stopped working, over heated, and melted my trackpad. Thankfully we had insurance so they covered it. I turned in my Mac and within 4 days I got it back working just fine.

The apple care plan is necessary for anyone one purchasing a Mac Computer. I do not appreciate that my apple plan is under someone else's name. My friend bought the computer and plan on their bestbuy card but it was a gift for me so the MAC appl care plan should be under my name as the computer is mine. I do not appreciate that blunder.
