When you don't need it you have it and when you do it doesn't work. I generally don't get protection plans because I take care of my laptop but the one does help when it is needed.

I like the insurance from Bestbuy every time I buy something I buy insurance

I don't think it has any value for the price I rather keep it with out this coverage.

This is a waste of money, no matter what youll be charged more and more on top of this insane amount of "protection" you pay for this

I was no advised of the plan you could purchase directly through apple

I hate apple care but you need it in case something happens! I dont like the price but you defintely need it

Picked up the additional warranty coverage for the MacBook Air. Plan to keep the laptop for a long time so picking this up gives me some comfort that the MacBook Air will be covered in case of issues. Easily purchased along with the laptop and it is registered at time of purchase so no additional action is necessary.

Expensive but having had to make use if it, recommended.

I didn’t need it but nice to have to bad it didn’t help when returning it the only gave me half of what I paid in a gift card

Ok this product is great I am sure if you have a MacBook. I had a MacBook but I had to trade it in for a simple laptop. If I had kept the MacBook I'm sure this would have been perfect.

Apple care is a must when purchasing any apple product. Best Buy is an awesome store when purchasing any apple product.

With the M2 chip and a 15” screen, Apple has found the sweet spot for a powerful machine at a great price point. The Midnight and Starlight colors are also a nice addition to the stoic silver and grey colors. Way to go Apple.

So far so good. The shipping packaging was excellent. Itbwas sealed from the elements very well and fit perfectly with no room for movement with enough shock absorbing material. I am not an Apple user, but this laptop is beautiful, lightweight, and performs perfect so far. I got this to just be a family use computer and to do a little bit of gaming.

This was a great value add when making our laptop purchase and obtaining a membership

The MacBook falls short in performance, struggling with basic tasks and multitasking across multiple monitors. It's been my least satisfactory laptop experience, considering the substantial price tag. Other brands offer more affordable options with fewer issues. Anyone interested in purchasing mine?
