    I havent used this lately.I have used it and the apple bar/genius bar at their site tho in the past.Always happy with apple service.They seem to stand behind their products.

    Best thing ever! It was a slight crack in my macbook and I returned it and they gave me a brand new one no issues!

    This was the best idea to get the AppleCare plan. Our previous iPad Pro broke two months after the warranty ending and was so frustrating. Now now we know we’re covered.

    I purchased my first MacBook through Best Buy! The customer service was great! I highly recommend purchasing your Apple products or any product through Best Buy and getting one of their credit cards.

    Love my new laptop. Such an upgrade from my 2 year old HP laptop that was struggling to load pages. I’m a student and I’m so glad to have a finally have a MacBook, haha

    The best buy sales rep tried to get me to sign up for this and a geek squad. Why spend yearly when I get it with apply for one price for three years.
