    This is my second time buying an AppleCare plan through Best Buy, and they never show up in My Support properly connected to my Apple ID. Also, I never get any kind of email or confirmation with a Proof of Coverage or plan number—all I have is the Best Buy receipt. If I search for the serial number of my MacBook, it indicates there’s coverage, but with no actual policy and when My Support says it can’t find the plan, it makes me nervous about what will happen should I actually need to use it! In the future, I’ll only by directly from Apple.
