    Apple Care adds piece of mind for their devices, but I only purchase for phone and watch and not for the iPad. The iPad is either in my bag, or on my table. This is my fourth iPad and I’ve never dropped or had issue. I also do not have kids to mess it up. I think Apple care is 100% necessary for phones, watches or anything else that is out in the wild with you. Just a FYI, there is a $69 deductible for watches, and I think I was quoted that the iPad Pro deductible was like $400 which I do not think is worth it.
