Apple care service fee-tablet

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchase apple care this past Christmas for my then 10 year old Ipad from the apple store. I like hoe fast and professional the experince went. I reached out to apple to get the cracked screen replaced. I was scheduled an appt via customer support and received an email with instructions for the myfind feature to disable, The turn around was very fast, basically the next day. The only thing is his Ipad was engaved and the Ipad was replaced instead for repaired. However, Im still satisfied with the issue being taken care of.
