I’m so glad they did because this is the item I wear out the hardest. Small monthly fee is the peace of mind I need.

Easy use and functionality

No issues with charging and doesn't have no problems with sound quality. I only wish the battery would last a little longer at times and feel like I have to charge everyday or have to midway through the day. Overall great product and would continue to use in the future.

I never buy anything with out buying the apple care + Its also helped with general questions and they are always prompt and helpful when you have to call the apple care team.

I've only had an issue with one of them, and it was a great feeling to be able to go to Best Buy and speak with an agent about the problem and they took care of the logistics of getting it fixed. AppleCare is only for a year after you buy a product, you get two years with Best Buy. It's a good investment in my opinion.
