My husband and I have been Apple users and fans for DECADES! The only computer I remember before Mac is the Tandy! (Dates me, I know!) they are efficient, powerful and always reliable! Their Apple+ Care is awesome but I hardly need to use it much - Apples never breakdown!!

Being that I have not had to take in my Mac Book Air-I know with the Apple Care+ I will be covered! Unfortunately I did not put this coverage on my iPhone. However if I decide to upgrade my phone I will cover with AppleCare+! I am content with the coverage and the cost in case I have to file a claim .

Always a great idea to invest in protecting your computer. Too expensive an item to leave unprotected

My family would not support me in purchasing things like TotalTech and AppleCare+. However, nearly as soon as I renewed my membership, I was able to tap into its features, as a child broke a screen and it was covered for a small fee. We have a number of items covered and the peace of mind is worth it!

I have eight grand children. When they are seniors in high school I gift them with an Apple MacBook of their choice. I find giving the computer at the beginning of the senior year gives them time to prepare themselves to use the machines in college as well. This protection plan gives me peace of mind when they go off to school.

Apple care is great for peace of mind and added protection for Apple devices.

I have always been an Apple member since the first iPhone released when I was little. I love Apple products and I love to have coverage on my electronics especially now that I have children of my own because they love to break things (accidentally). It also gives me an extra sense of security knowing I’m covered :)

Who doesn't like free AppleCare+? I guess since you get it included in the price of TotalTech membership, it's technically not free, but it means that you can quickly save the price of the membership with just a couple of Apple purchases.

Amazing program for people with kids. 2 apple ipads replaced cracked screens and product replacement after my clumpsy kids broke them within 48hrs of each other. Thanks best buy for the extra protection!

Apple care is a great purchase for any electronic. I recommend paying for the best buy total membership. Anything you purchase comes with a warranty
