    I felt completely lied to after purchasing an Apple laptop and then the Apple Care. Zero help with anything, language barriers create huge problems and if they don’t have an answer for you but your problems are persistent, they will simply hang up on you. Don’t buy into the riot act.

    I have a few Apple accounts and still I’m not provided the AppleCare that I need in the United States of America and several different insurance policy on several different accounts and due to malware and cyber attack I’m not able to log into one account the one that I activated my MacBook on with the email address provided for my BEST BUY Total tech! that’s costing me up to $100 a month that I cannot cancel Please get apple on the phone. Sincerely, SuzieQ on several different cards. I think several different times a month! Two maxed out cards due to Apple fraud!
