If it can cover all device at the same price, it will be great This apple care cover protect for one device only, if you have 2 devices, you have to buy 2 apple care

I bought this for my son when he started college in the fall, and after finishing his first semester he loves this laptop. He is able to use it for every class and can do any homework for his instructors. I would recommend this for anyone who has a student. We are ordering him a new iPad now so he can take it to class easier and it fits on some of the smaller desks.

I haven’t had to use my apple care protection yet (knock on wood!) and given the numerous changes BB has made to their policies and protection plans, I’m hoping I won’t need to, If I do, I hope it goes smoothly.

In speaking with Best Buy and Apple today I was informed that the membership never included two years of AppleCare plus. This is directly contrary to what the sales representative told me when purchasing that coverage package. Smacks of false advertising, poor business, practice, and fraud..

No issues so far once I need it I’ll have a better review.

Apple care in my opinion is sham, i personally never had to use it, but i would never pay for the extra coverage. If you buy an apple product and want to waste money, buy it, but its just like wasting money on insurance.

just a safety net for my computer. better to be safe than sorry, but not super cheap!

While this is a great idea, I think we overpay for something we don’t really get to use.

I’d give zero stars if I could. I bought a MacAir from Best Buy on 2021 with AppleCare and total tech support. My daughter broke her screen so I brought it in to get repaired and they say I’ve canceled my covered back in March. I never called them or they went online to cancel my support, in fact haven’t even been in one of there stores since I bought the computer in 2021. They guy says sorry you canceled your support and got a refund in March. I checked my credit and and I did not see five a 0.77 cent refund. So now I’m not cover and have to pay $500 for a repair because someone made a mistake in their store or support area on my account. The gout told me I’m out of luck. So they apparently don’t check to see if you are the person with no verification and make changes to your account. This is the second really horrible service from Best Buy. No more. I’m done shopping there for good.
