Part Of The Total Care Program: Minus Apple

Thus, one has to pay for two years of Total Care Package (set to auto renewal to take $) to receive two years Apple Care, so it seems best to make a rational decision -- especially for those who buy tons of tech a year, could be worth it?

Terrible

As soon as I stopped membership, which included AppleCare, both of my computers started acting up and are only a year old. AppleCare would have been able to reinstate my membership as they provide a 28 reinstatement policy but could not be reinstated because Best Buy blocks AppleCare from doing so

Open box or refurbished Apple product are not covered with any type of warranty.

Frustrated. Can’t get on my new computer after Gee

Got home and it did not let me get into the computer. I had left password with the man on Monday. Very frustrated. My husband will have to bring back at 10 am Thursday because I have to work all day. I tried many variations and kept getting locked out. I need this for business so I am frustrated. Got at West Ashley store in Charleston, SC
