Apple care replaced my headphones with ease and gave me a call. They were bey knowledgeable and kind. Apple care is worth it!

My sons iPad broke and it was really cheap to get another one with the apple care that was purchased. This came with beats fit pro I got. Hopefully never have to use it lol. But good to have
