    Great sound quality. My only complaint is the battery doesn’t last as long as I would like. But all in all great ear buds.

    I like apple care, but I wish it was like the other items you purchase at Best Buy where they just replace them when they break if you have a warranty or total care. I had an oculus break on my son and it was replaced right then and there, no sending it out for repair/replacement just here’s a new one. I recently had to have my iPad replaced and they had to send it to apple so it took almost a week to get it back. It’s annoying to have to wait for the send in and back to apple. Yes, I know you can go to apple and it’s done faster, but I have no apple stores super close by and I prefer the quickness of Best Buy stores.
