This global device plays music ,tells the weather ,gives me directions and wakes me up for work. Moreover Best Buy price was unbeatable and the staff courteous ,knowledgeable and professional.

Especially if you have a iPhone, iPad, laptop or a portable device, this can end up saving you hundreds of dollars in the long run! Also, the majority of your purchases get up to two years of product protection at Best Buy (need to keep your membership active of course). This gives you peace of mind for your purchases in case you need a repair or replacement for example.

I took them back to Best Buy for repair and because of the Apple Care warranty, the headphones were replaced for less than $30.

Even the chat had a wait time and through me out after a time. Finally got chat to work and an appointment to have it looked at. The person I saw took it in back and came back a minute later and was told there was nothing they could do. Take it to Apple Store. Two days wasted.
