I have had multiple experiences with AppleCare through the tech team. Laptops, AirPods, phones, and more. Best Buy has always made the AppleCare process seamless and painless, I’ve had such continual good experiences that I don’t even consider not having Apple Care via Best Buy.

The new M4 chip is so fast and runs flawlessly. The other bonus is all things Apple work together seamlessly, all my pictures are there, my messages, etc. This laptop will last me a long time.
