Apple Care is an absolute MUST-HAVE

I have used it 3 so far times since I purchased my Mac back in November 2023 and without it would have been lost. Pro-tip: download the support app on your iphone or ipad and access your Apple Care from there in case you have to restart your computer during your support session.

Lifesaver, but Geek Squad ruins experience

Apple still serviced them and got them back to me with near perfect functionality. I bought the gen 2 anyway and now use my gen 1 as my work ear buds. Wish i didnt have to deal with GeekSquads appointment system, i waited hours in line even with the appointment (between drop off and pick up) for what was a simple 10 minute process total (drop off and pick up).
