Always worth added peace of mind

Have had to use it twice once on MacBook Pro battery and once on iPhone X and both times it saved more than the price of repurchasing product.

Finicky Wireless Charging

They sync well with all the apple products. Noise cancelling feature works well, even with no music playing I can tell the difference. I have had these headphones for 10 months now and use them mainly when I work out and occasionally to take phone calls or participate in work meetings. Phone calls and work meetings are great, no issues. Issue when working out is that the AirPods will slip out of your ear. I have after market adapters to assist with the issue. The main issue is charging. The wireless case and individual AirPods themselves do not always have a good connection and after leaving it on the charger for a few hours you would assume that the AirPods are fully charged, even with the visual light indicator, but that is not always the case. I would describe the wireless charging over time as finicky.

Apple Care Protection from Best Buy
