It’s usually a big goose chase to find out to get to the answer and to finally get something resolved either way I don’t care.

Obviously I observed a difference in noise cancellation between airpods and something which is over the ear, but I guess that expected. Over the ear ones have better noise cancellation

We took them to an Apple store and when checked, one of the pods had an issue. Without any hesitation, they replaced both and made sure it was working with my phone. Excellent service
