    My EarPods pro qui working Geek Squad send them in through my AppleCare. They replace them and back in less then 3 days.

    I had an issue with my Best Buy account in which my account was briefly terminated. Because of this, my Apple care on my products was voided and I was forced to pay far more for repairs. Insufficient effort was made to help with this.
